What if I have to cancel or change my vacation?

CIE Tours must be notified of changes or cancellations either by phone or via email to helpdesk@cietours.com prior to tour departure. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any notification of cancellation is received by CIE Tours and notification shall be deemed to have taken place on the date of receipt by CIE Tours.
